With air contact, an elegant bouquet unfolds of citrus fruits, star fruit and green apple, accompanied by chamomile, dried rose and elderflower blossoms. Here the true class of this wine reveals itself: A stringent acidity cuts precisely across the palate, perfectly embedded in fruit and body. The texture is weightlessly delicate and fine-boned, almost dance-like in its elegance. Salivation sets in immediately – a sure sign of a great wine. Despite, or perhaps because of, merely 10.5% alcohol, a remarkable intensity and depth unfolds.
