Questions about the voucher
How long is the code valid?
Three weeks from your confirmation; the exact date is in the email containing the code. It applies to your first order and can be redeemed once.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. The 5% applies from the very first wine, including cases and reduced wines.
I haven’t received an email. What now?
Please check your spam folder. If there is nothing there, simply sign up again after ten minutes, or write to us at [email protected].
Do I have to keep receiving the wine letter?
No. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, and your voucher remains valid until its expiry date.
