Unless otherwise stated, all bottles contain 0.75 litres. Most wine cartons contain 12/1 bottles, sparkling wine and champagne cartons usually contain 6/1 bottles.

Prices

All prices are ex stock (gross) bottle prices. The prices include the statutory value added tax (in the corporate customer sector: (net) unit prices plus the statutory value added tax), this is shown separately on the invoice. The prices at the time of your order are valid. All previous prices are therefore invalid. You can find out the period of validity of our limited offers where they are shown in the shop. Despite careful stocking, it may happen that a special offer item is sold out sooner than expected. We therefore give no delivery guarantee. The following applies: Only while stocks last.

Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. Sale and shipping by Taits UG (haftungbeschränkt). You can add goods to your virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Order" or "Add to cart" buttons. Before placing your order, you will be given the opportunity on a displayed website to identify and correct any input errors before submitting your contractual declaration. By clicking the button "Buy" you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. You have the option to save or print your order after you have placed the order. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent an acceptance of the contract. We declare our acceptance of the contract to you expressly or by delivery of the goods or by request for payment - whichever occurs first - by the end of the fourth working day following the order. If we offer you the possibility to pay for the order in concrete terms beforehand, this shall be deemed to be our binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with the selectable means of payment to you, which you can accept by making the payment, whereby the contract shall come into existence through your payment.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions here at any time. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet. A contract conclusion is possible in German language.
If we determine after conclusion of the contract that we are permanently unable to deliver ordered goods for reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. due to force majeure, non-delivery despite timely reordering), we may withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

Youth Protection Act

In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, we only deliver alcoholic beverages to persons over the age of 18. Our packaging is marked by a conspicuous colored sticker with the indication that no delivery to persons under 18 years takes place. Furthermore, in case of the slightest doubt, the deliverers are obliged to have the identity and the age of majority confirmed by showing the identity card and to hand over the goods only to persons of full age.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform), which you can access at this link find. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 4 weeks without giving any reason. The revocation period is 4 weeks from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We will collect the goods. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to your handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary for the inspection of the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Delivery date

If you do not specify a particular delivery date, the goods will be with you within 3 - 4 working days after ordering.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card (via Stripe) and as prepayment via bank transfer.

You will receive an invoice from us. The invoice is usually enclosed with the delivery.

All prices include the statutory value added tax. The prices at the time of the order apply. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

The statutory warranty rights shall apply.
