Handicrafts from biodynamic groves

Like our natural wines, these extra virgin olive oils also come from small family farms that work organically or biodynamically. The new 2024/25 harvest has arrived - freshly pressed and bottled. All our olive oils are processed by hand and exclusively cold-pressed.
Pantarei by Arianna Occhipinti from Sicily is more than just olive oil. The natural wine icon has been cultivating 7 hectares of old olive groves in addition to its vineyards since 2022. The indigenous Tonda Iblea variety produces a distinctive oil with notes of artichoke hearts, roasted courgette and red pepper - powerful and harmonious at the same time. The olives are harvested by hand and immediately cold-pressed, with a maximum acidity of 0.4%.
