- Dark, velvety cherry red with delicate violet, bright reflections - a wine that already promises elegance and freshness visually.
- Nose
- A fascinating interplay of flavours that shows the cool side of Priorat. Blackberry and Sour cherry dominate, flanked by red currants and Elderberries. Unusual and brilliant: the nutty component from the Pistachio and Almond. These are joined by Juniper, Long pepperdried Oregano and a touch Rosehip tea. Eucalyptus, Mint and Thyme provide tangy freshness, while Violets and Pansies contribute a floral finesse. A fragrance that never ends - pure, cool, multi-layered.
- Palate
- This shows the true class of this vintage: gripping acidity and Excellent astringency create a field of tension that literally demands the next sip. The fruit remains small and positively acidic, acidity and fruit continuously break up. The wine is cool, straight and tart - No southern opulence, but silky elegance. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of smooth, cooling silk. A fine tannin coats the palate, but is constantly challenged by fruit and acidity. A strong feel, nutty nuances and dried herbs characterise the finish.

- Long, cool and with persistent freshness. The nutty notes and herbal components remain present, while the acidity ensures drinking flow and tension.
- Terroir & origin
- From over 60 years old Carignan canes in south-facing vineyards in Priorat. The Dits del Terra delivers the warmer, Mediterranean flavour of the Premier Crus from Terroir al Limit and is harvested before the Arbossar.
- Grape variety & vinification
- 100% Carignan. Whole-cluster fermentation in cement tanks for seven to ten days, followed by eight months of ageing in neutral barrels and concrete. Completely without new wood. With only 13.5% alcohol, a lightweight for Priorat that perfectly captures the freshness of the challenging 2021 vintage.

- Ricotta ravioli with pumpkin, radicchio and chard, Beef marrow bones au gratin with parsley or Grilled redfish with ginger sauce. The acidity and freshness harmonise perfectly with tart vegetables and hearty meat dishes.
