- Seductive and complex: black cherries and blackberries form the sweet, dark foundation. With air, layers unfold of dark chocolate, roasted chestnuts and a whisper of coffee with milk. Cooler, mineral notes of Kampot pepper, wild sage and eucalyptus lend the bouquet an elegant tension – a quiet hint of green pepper recalls the noble heritage of Cabernet Franc.
