Fred Loimer's grape juice is a blend of Donauriesling and Muskateller as well as the PiWis Muscaris and Johanniter. Carbonic acid was added to the juice afterwards.
Color
Strong old gold.
Nose
The nose of the 2022 Grape Juice Sparkling by Fred Loimer delivers what a grape juice promises Expressive aromas of grapes, which in this case is due to the Muskateller and the Muscaris. Underpinned by a fine spiciness of mace and the citrusy aspects of white pepper, it is best drunk chilled, both neat and as a sparkling wine.
Mouth
On the nose, it oscillates in the interplay of fine carbonic acid and juicy viscous fruit. Dense with fine spice and decent bass, the grape juice is highly aromatic and sweet and combines the rich fruit of the Muscat varieties with fine spice.
