Winery of the Day
Vietti
Since 1873, the Vietti family in Castiglione Falletto has woven together wine culture and art – original works by painters, sculptors and filmmakers adorn the bottles, among them a drawing by Pasolini. Alfredo Currado redefined the Barolo cru in 1961 and rescued Arneis from oblivion.

Champagne House in Focus
Bonnet-Ponson
The cellars in Chamery were dug by the grandparents with shovel and pickaxe; today Cyril Bonnet fills them with Champagnes that make no compromise: zero to five grams of dosage, wild yeasts, hardly any sulphur. The Cuvée perpétuelle is a reserve that never ends, the Chamery Rouge a still red from pure Meunier.
All Champagnes from Bonnet-PonsonTasting Packages

Trapet Alsace
Four Grand Crus, biodynamic roots, and a family that pairs Alsatian precision with an open spirit of experimentation.
Matassa
Where the Roussillon bets on power, Tom Lubbe chooses freshness – from ancient vines, without sulphur, without compromise.
Chandon de Briailles
Horse-drawn labour, biodynamics and a family legacy since 1834 – Chandon de Briailles draws out the potential of Corton with quiet, unwavering consistency.
Charlopin Tissier
Drawing on the legacy of Henri Jayer and Jean-Marie Fourrier, Charlopin Tissier has been crafting quiet, precise Burgundies of remarkable depth since 2013.
Wine of the Day
Bourgogne Aligoté "En Buzigny" Vieilles Vignes AOC 2023 1500ml Magnum
Cool minerality, citrus and green apple – clear and precise. On the palate lively, with fine acidity and a long, saline finish. Old vines from En Buzigny give this Aligoté a rare depth. In magnum it matures slowly and in complete serenity.
