Color
Golden yellow, bright and clear.
Nose
The nose almost seems to burst with grapeiness and is underpinned by subtle herbal notes of hay flowers and dry summer meadow. Ethereal notes in the top note, a little mint and kitchen herbs garnish the summery round dance.
Mouth
Minty cool on the nose, this juice gets a good pace thanks to the fine bubbly carbonic acid. The acidity is in the same vein and makes it seem relatively dry, even though it remains a grape juice, of course. Enjoy well chilled, whether neat or spritzed.
