Terroir & Origin

The grapes originate from the steeped-in-tradition Viennese vineyards of Grinzing. The terroir on the Nussberg is characterized by mineral-rich weathered limestone soils. This lime-dominant foundation bestows upon the grapes—even in alcohol-free form—a remarkable structure, cool race, and a delicate, origin-driven rhythm.

Fritz Wieninger runs the Hajszan Neumann winery as an avant-garde field for experimentation, working strictly according to the respekt-BIODYN guidelines.
