Wine information
Our rosé wine in question shows the noble characteristics of a 100%igen Spätburgunder. After a maceration period of 3 to 4 hours, it is fermented predominantly in stainless steel, which contributes to its unique composition. As with all wines from this winery, the fermentation is completely finished, with a barely noticeable residual sugar of less than one gram.
Colour profile
The colour is a refined pearlescence brought to life by subtle orange reflections, suggesting deep and complex winemaking.
Aroma profile
The nose is treated to tantalising aromas of small red berries, sour cherries, herbs and delicate peppery notes that blend elegantly with smoky mineral nuances, synonymous with the ubiquitous 2021 Rosé Limestone and Loess.
Taste experience
Once on the tongue, one experiences a phenomenon of renewal - a distinct combination of freshness, spiciness and a hint of salt that perfectly complements each other. Its dry and precise orientation positions it as the ideal food companion - a rosé wine that goes impeccably with Mediterranean dishes, especially those rich in herbs and vegetables.
Food recommendations
For a well-rounded dining experience, we recommend the following dishes: sun-dried tomatoes paired with creamy cream cheese and wild herbs, an artisanal tarte flambée accompanied by crisp lamb's lettuce and Parma ham, and an aromatic pasta with peppers, fennel, olives and a savoury blend of rosemary and thyme.
