Tasting note
The estate has been in family ownership for around 230 years. Particularly over the past three decades, a deep appreciation of this longstanding tradition has increasingly shaped their work. With respect for the knowledge and experience of his forebears, Peter Jakob Kühn has been working as a certified Demeter member according to biodynamic principles since 2004. In this way, in the greatest possible harmony with nature, he draws ever closer to his vision of wines with soul. His firm conviction for the future lies in organic and biodynamic viticulture – with its many great and small challenges, but also infinite moments of joy and the growing certainty that he is doing the only thing that is right for him.
