Nose
The 2022 Pinot Blanc Reserve is distinctly juicy and beautifully fruity on the nose. Ripe pear, honeydew melon, orange and pineapple are present right from the start. With a little oxygen contact, aniseed and candied ginger are added, as well as an animating aroma of elderflower and fine minerality.
Palate
It glides creamily over the tongue, with plenty of expression, mild acidity, juicy fruit fullness and delicate fruit sweetness. The savoury minerality makes you want to pair it with food, and it is a real all-rounder with a wide variety of delicious dishes.
