Info
The Ours Brut Vin Rosé Mousseux is a cuvée of Grenache and Gamay.
Color
Intense salmon red with orange accents, fine perlage
Nose
Tart, nutty and intensely spicy. Matthieu Barret brings a completely new rosé experience to the bottle here. Bitter oranges, grapefruit and blood oranges are loudly represented. Pomegranate and sour cherry are hardly inferior. Walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans give it a distinct note. Wine little almond and orange blossom as well as orange zest give it soft and fresh attributes. Ripe apples, caramelised quince and bread dough round it off.
Palate
The mousseux spreads pleasantly. The perlage hits the nerve and makes the Purs Brut vital and refreshing. The fruit remains discreetly in the background. It lives above all from a decent pressure, nutty to dark nuances and a pleasantly light spiciness. Stony and dry on the palate. The carbonic acid always kicks in just right and makes it seem leaner. In the aftertaste, bitter oranges and grapefruit with tart notes have a wonderful effect and make it a good food companion.
