Nose

Precise and clearly defined: green apple and Williams pear in the foreground, underpinned by citrus fruits and a fine herbal spice. Subtle hints of white flowers and stone fruit lend depth to the bouquet without becoming intrusive. A touch of minerality underscores the provenance from the limestone-influenced soils of South Styria.

Palate

Taut and focused with remarkable clarity. The acidity structure is present but never aggressive – rather, it gives the wine backbone and tension. On the palate, juicy pear, apricot and subtle nuttiness unfold. The moderate alcohol content of 12.5% delivers elegance rather than opulence. The texture is creamy-saponaceous, typical of well-made Pinot Blanc, without sacrificing freshness.

Finish

Medium-length and refreshing, with lingering citrus notes and a mineral echo. The acidity carries the fruit through to the end, a fine saline tone persists on the palate.
