Sparkling wine info
The base wine, Riesling from the 2015 vintage, matured for two years in wooden barrels, then bottled for second fermentation, disgorged after at least four years of yeast storage without dosage.
Color/Look
Brilliant golden yellow; finely bubbly, widely spread mousseux.
Nose
The 2015 Riesling Sekt brut nature Réserve from Clemens Busch is extremely juicy and beautifully expressive. Ripe apple meets orange, mango, honey and a meadow full of grasses and flowers. The whole is compactly framed by memorable minerality, cool, stony notes and inspiring hints of ginger and lemon zest. Already in the fragrance it becomes clear - we are dealing with a very special sparkling wine.
Palate
On the palate, exactly the juicy fruitiness that had already announced itself in the nose, a perfect perlage very well integrated and extremely stimulating. A sparkling wine that sets standards and is an excellent accompaniment to food, especially because of its intense style. No need to emphasise that the price/performance ratio is gigantic.
