This special drop has its origins in a terraced vineyard that impresses with its diversity. All the care is done by hand, without the use of machines. The harvest is also done manually. The wine is a work of art from three vintages, maceration and remains unfiltered after its completion.
With the appearance of a slightly cloudy apricot tone and fine mousseux, this wine has an inviting appearance.
The 2018-20 Riesling 190 N.N. underlines its character with a powerful and multi-layered bouquet. Its profile is anything but "naked", intensely volatile and brilliant in its complexity. The dominance of the yeast aroma is accompanied by nuances of vineyard peach, elderflower, elderwood and hibiscus. Fresh accents of citrus, citrus zest and ginger round off the bouquet, while malty tones, hints of rooibos tea and fine tobacco complete the taste ballet on stage. The anticipation of the first sip is almost tangible.
On the tongue, the wine develops a gentle tingle and invigorates the taste buds with a harmonious interplay of yeast and bright fruits. With its refreshing character, impressive complexity and profound aromas, it is a tempting temptation to empty the whole bottle in one go. A great companion to various dishes!
