Nose
Habla No. 29 conveys a dark, spicy and balsamic impression. It has a seductively intense aroma. Surprisingly, this red wine from the extreme climate of Extremadura appears cool and not the least bit overripe. The fruit is wonderfully intense in the form of blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and sweet cherry. The fruit is supported by dark chocolate and cocoa butter. Juniper, rosemary and pine join in and convey ethereal and Mediterranean impressions.
Palate
On the palate, it bundles all its fruit into an intense spectacle. Powerful, but not oversized. A fine tannin accompanies this proverbial mouthful of wine. The tannin structure is also characterised by slight green edges, which lend it additional freshness. The acidity is gripping and concise. At the same time, this acidity is also essential. A full-bodied wine, but extremely accessible and uncomplicated.
