Terroir & Origin

The grapes for this wine ripen east of the Rhône in a refuge of biodiversity shaped by Vincent Rochette. The vineyards are nestled within a vibrant ecosystem of trees, shrubs and wild herbs. Biodynamic viticulture strengthens the vines naturally. Thanks to deep roots that ensure composure even in hot years and provide consistent nutrient supply, the wine perfectly reflects the Mediterranean warmth of the southern Rhône.

Grape Variety & Vinification

The cuvée is based on the classic Rhône varieties Grenache and Syrah, harmoniously complemented by Merlot. Whilst Grenache provides fullness and berry aromatics and Syrah contributes the characteristic spice, Merlot lends the wine a smooth, soft texture. Vincent Rochette relies on solid winemaking craft without pretension and crafts the wine so that pure, honest fruit and characteristic freshness take centre stage.
