The elevated sites and proximity to Monte Amiata create those temperature fluctuations between day and night that favour freshness and aromatics. As an IGT Toscana, this wine unites the artisanal tradition of a renowned Brunello producer with the flexibility of modern winemaking.
Grape Variety & Vinification
The cuvée of Sangiovese – the backbone of Tuscan red wines – and Ciliegiolo creates a delightful combination. Whilst Sangiovese contributes structure, acidity and cherry fruit, the often underestimated Ciliegiolo brings additional floral notes and soft tannins. This local grape variety, cultivated in Tuscany for centuries, lends the wine particular accessibility. The 2023 vintage promises that fresh fruitiness that makes young Tuscan reds so charming.

Lightly chilled to 16 degrees, a refreshing summer red wine.
