For around 230 years, the estate has been in family ownership. Especially over the past three decades, the appreciation of this old tradition has increasingly shaped their work. With respect for the knowledge and experience of his forefathers, Peter Jakob Kühn has worked as a certified Demeter member according to the principles of biodynamics since 2004. In this way, he comes ever closer to his vision of living wines in the greatest possible harmony with nature. His great conviction for the future is ecological and biodynamic viticulture – with many great and small challenges, but also infinite moments of joy and the growing certainty of doing the only right thing for him.
