Under the name Dufour, a real family business has developed in Landreville on the Aube. We have known the artist and tinkerer Charles Dufour for ten years now. In the beginning, he offered long-stored champagnes from his father Robert Dufour alongside his own fillings. Then he also vinified champagnes for his mother Françoise Martinot, who had made her vineyards available to him for this purpose. After many different fillings, Charles now concentrates mainly on his Cuvée Bulles de Comptoir and on Françoise Martinot's Bistrøtages. Now, however, they are being joined by champagnes from Julie Dufour. She is Charles' sister and also owns vineyards around Landreville. She settled there in 2012 after years in Paris and retrained as a winemaker. Now Binôme and Cléobuline are her first champagnes.
