The cellars in Chamery were dug by the grandparents with shovel and pickaxe; today Cyril Bonnet fills them with Champagnes that make no compromise: zero to five grams of dosage, wild yeasts, hardly any sulphur. Pantarei Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva 500ml
Golden yellow with green reflections, it opens with aromas of green tomato, artichoke and freshly cut grass. On the palate it reveals a gentle fruitiness, delicate bitterness and a lightly peppery finish. Cold-extracted from the autochthonous Tonda Iblea – refined, well-balanced and of quiet intensity.
