La Pierre Noire AOC 2018

The Revelette vineyard is picturesquely located in the middle of Provence near Jouques. The vineyards are located around the estate at an altitude of between 340 and 400 metres. The Montagne Sainte Victoire protects the vineyards from the direct influence of the Mediterranean climate, ensuring warm daytime and cool night-time temperatures. Peter Fischer, a trained oenologist, has been here since 1985 and in the first few years after buying the estate he still farmed his vineyards conventionally. After a few years, he gradually switched to natural viticulture. For more than 20 years now, he has consistently worked naturally. His wines are among the best in the south of France.
