Wine information
The great Trispol 2021 is a blend of Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Monastrell. The grapes come from biodynamic cultivation from three vineyards in the south-east of Mallorca. Winemaker Barbara Mesquida Mora vinifies the wine in a combination of large and small oak barrels.

Transparent purple
Nose
Trispol 2021 has an earthy and mineral bouquet with notes of red and black fruits and herbs. The nose is fresh, complex and excellently balanced. Nothing stands out, everything is in harmony.
Palate
On the palate, this red wine is very well structured, with present, fine-grained tannins that provide a long grippy finish. The fruit is fresh and ripe without being opulent. The wine has a lot of body, but is not heavy. The Trispol 2021 is thus an excellent example of a wine that is geared towards drinkability and can still be powerful. There is nothing opulent about it, but it always maintains tension and precision. If the Sotil 2021 from Mesquida Mora shows the sensual and delicate side of the Mediterranean, then the Trispol 2021 reveals the structured and sun-drenched side of the region in no less impressive a way.
