Information about the wine
In this unique blend of different Traminer varieties, you will experience the authenticity of a spontaneous fermentation in a concrete egg, which gives the bottle an unfiltered appearance.

Colour description
In the glass, the wine shimmers like a cloudy apricot plum, its golden reflections dancing like sunbeams through autumn leaves.

The Bouquet
The next olfactory experience is a fragrant and intensely forthcoming symphony from the wildflower meadow, with notes of hibiscus, mango and peach that weave together harmoniously. Accompanied by a touch of fresh and yeasty undertones with hints of forest floor, mushrooms, ginger and the tangy freshness of lemon zest. A wine that captivates you from the start and raises your expectations for the first sip.

On the palate
The wine is juicy, slightly yeasty and meanders across your tongue as a refreshing fountain of flavour. The ginger and salted lemon nuances enliven the drinking experience and the fine tannin on the long finish leaves you wanting another glass and the creative cuisine to match. In all aspects, this is an impressive drop!

This wine unfolds its full splendour when enjoyed not too cold and from a bulbous glass.

Recommended combinations for culinary delights
A harmonious accompaniment is a lukewarm salad of late-season rhubarb with beetroot, tender pea greens and spicy watercress.
For a maritime twist, I recommend grilled salmon, rounded off with salt lemon and a strong foam of vodka herbs.
If you prefer something more substantial, you can serve a veal escalope with tomatoes au gratin, figs, aromatic sage leaves and aniseed.
