Tasting note
Information on the history of wine:
Details on the expansion:
Each vineyard is treated individually, with pruning that respects the sap flow, foliar treatments based on trace elements and fertilisers designed after precise soil analyses. The Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes are harvested by hand and cooled to avoid oxidation. The distribution of grape varieties is as follows: 68 % Grenache, 25 % Cinsault, 7 % Syrah. The whole grapes are pressed and the juice is crushed to extract colour and aromas. Vinification is then carried out parcel by parcel with indigenous yeasts. The wines are matured on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, ceramic and porcelain spheres, which bring out the purity of the fruit.
Color:
Delicate apricot colour with silvery brightening towards the edge.
Nose: The 2021 Alône Rosé has a subtle aroma of peach, bright red fruits, citrus fruits and honeydew melon. Subtle floral notes and a hint of aniseed are also present.
Palate:
It is juicy and powerful on the palate, its fine fruity sweetness is paired with savoury spice and invigorating acidity. The long finish is characterised by a salty note. The dishes that accompany this special wine should reflect the intensity of Provence.
