Originally, it was Florian Busch's idea to somehow take over the leading role in their parents' winery in Pünderich on the Moselle together with his brother Johannes. But Florian found his sweetheart in Languedoc and founded Domaine Flo Busch together with her, Paola Ponsich, in 2018. The winery is located in Jonquières in the Hérault department. The terroir is largely characterised by limestone gravel as a base and a smaller part by limestone marl, on which the two currently cultivate 8 hectares of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Rouge, Vermentino, Carignan and Syrah. The vineyards are already certified or are being converted to organic viticulture.
