The 2022 Bouzeron Aligoté presents itself on the nose as purist and subtle, with aromas of apple, pear, lemon zest, hay and almonds. With a touch of air contact, herbal notes and wet stone emerge. A delicate and precise bouquet that is perfectly composed.
Palate
I always look forward to this pure and wonderfully authentic wine. Freshly opened, it impresses with fine fruit of apple and citrus, pleasant spice and a flavour that transports you directly to France and the seaside. An excellent “vin de soif” with substance. Perfect with bistro cuisine inspired by France.
