Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2022 Bouzeron Aligoté is puristic and subtle on the nose and smells of apple, pear, lemon zest, hay and almonds. With a little oxygen contact, herbal notes and wet stone are added. A delicate and precise fragrance that rests in itself.
Palate
I always look forward to this pure and original wine. Freshly opened, it impresses with fine apple and citrus fruit, a pleasant spiciness and a flavour that transports you straight to France and the sea. An excellent "vin de soif" with ambition. Perfect with bistro cuisine inspired by France.
