Colour & appearance

It presents itself in a bright ruby red colour with garnet-red reflections that underline the elegance and finesse of this Premier Cru.

Nose

An inviting, communicative Pinot Noir that immediately inspires confidence. Maturity Cassis and Cherry flavours dominate the bouquet, complemented by delicate ethereal notes of Sandalwood. Vegetable nuances of Boxwood and a touch white pepper lend complexity. The mineral character is evident in the fine Graphite-notes that authentically reflect the terroir of Saint-Aubin.

Palate

Accessible and open on the palate, with a perfectly integrated fruit structure. Ripe, fine-grained tannins form the elegant framework, while a lively acidity sets the rhythm. The wine develops impressive pressure on the palate, but always remains elegantly restrained. A rapid drinking flow with a fine grip makes it the ideal accompaniment to food.
