Nose
Wonderfully fragrant start with fruity notes of sour cherries, wild raspberries, cassis and rosehip. Delicately tart notes of sloe and rowan berries are accompanied by wild herbs and a hint of tree bark and mushrooms.
Palate
On the palate, the 2023 Purist Pétillant Naturel Rosé is extremely invigorating, fruity and pleasantly dry. It is wonderful to drink on its own and the bottle will be empty before you know it. Ingenious combinations with tasty snacks are the trump card.
