Info

Coreografia is the new project of Tatjana Peceric, who is oenologically responsible for the wineries Terroir Sense Fronteres and Terroir al Limit by Dominik Huber.

For a long time, her passion was dancing. She has transferred this vehicle of expressing emotions in the form of movement to wine. Today, her music is the interplay of aroma, taste, length and texture. Instead of gestures, she plays with grapes in a figurative sense. There are currently two wines in the programme. Montsant and Priorat.

The Priorat from the 2021 vintage is based on 85% Garnatxa negra and 15% Garnatxa blanca. The vines are around fifty years old and are located at an altitude of 500 metres in Popoleda. The uses only grapes from the cool and harsher sites of the region. Coreografia's style is lighter, fresher and very contemporary. The two vines, white and red, are processed together. Whole cluster pressing, fermented together and matured in steel and cement.

It's about letting the boundaries between white and red mix. Deliberate provocation that seems very appealing and meaningful.

Nose

Tatjana Peceric combines Garnatxa negra and Garnatxa blanca in her Priorat Rosé. Dark as the nose of a Priorat should be. Mystical, enticing and attractive. Green olives meet black ones. Toasted almonds and fresh almond blossom create an ambivalent but coherent picture. Fig, rosehip and mulberry provide plenty of fruit. Red currant adds a little freshness. With increasing oxygen, the almond blossom emerges ever more finely and elegantly.

Palate

It has a fine tannin on the palate. However, it is dense and compact. It does not convey a feeling of warmth. The fruit is now clearly darker, but does not suggest fruit sweetness. It retains its dark, Mediterranean character. It presents little acidity, but still comes across as quite slender on the palate. It is not necessarily juicy, but the flow of saliva is clearly stimulated. Olive, thyme, pine and garrique play with the palate. Never ostentatious, always discreet and balanced in the background.
