Colour & appearance

Bright pomegranate red with light, brilliant reflections - a rosé that consciously breaks away from conventional categories and develops its own visual identity.

Nose

The bouquet is characterised by fascinating complexity. Green and black olives meet each other, joined by Roasted almonds and delicate Almond blossoms - an ambivalent but absolutely harmonious combination. Fig, rosehip and mulberry provide Mediterranean fruit depth, while redcurrant provides a fresh counterpoint. On contact with the air, the almond blossom becomes increasingly elegant and delicate - mystical and tantalising at the same time.

Palate

On the palate, the wine presents itself with fine but present tannins - unusual for a rosé, but perfectly integrated here. The texture is dense and compact without imparting warmth. The fruit appears dark, but without any sweetness. Despite moderate acidity, the wine is lean and animating, stimulating salivation. Olive, thyme, pine and garrique play discreetly in the background - Mediterranean herbal spice that never becomes overpowering, but always remains balanced.

General information

Coreografia is the new project from Tatjana Peceric, who previously worked for Terroir Sense Fronteres and Terroir al Limit. The wine from Priorat combines 85% Garnatxa Negra and 15% Garnatxa Blanca from vines around 50 years old at an altitude of 500 metres in Popoleda. Both varieties are pressed together as whole bunches, co-fermented and matured in steel and cement. The style is deliberately lighter and fresher than classic Priorat wines - contemporary and provocative at the same time.

A clarete that deliberately blurs the boundaries between red and white. Tatjana Peceric transfers her passion for dance to wine - choreography becomes oenology. The result is a fascinating, independent wine that reinterprets Priorat.
