Crémant details
Our Crémant is a pure-bred Chenin Blanc that has its origins in a time-aged vineyard of green and purple slate, volcanic rock and quartz. The harvest of this fascinating vine product took place in early September 2018 and its bottling dates back to 11 December 2018. With 39 months on the lees and no dosage added, it speaks its own untamed language.
