Colour
Slightly cloudy golden yellow with silvery reflections.
Nose
An abundance of wild herbs, piquant and tart, flows from the glass: nettle, wild mint, sheaf and cassis leaf mingle with grapefruit, lime and kumquat. A cool, characterful Sauvignon style that is distinctive, invigorating and imbued with freshness.
Palate
This cool and fresh style continues on the tongue with the 2022 Kalk und Löss Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of citrus fruit is paired with the herbs on the nose and animates with every sip. A tart, fruity palate opener and accompaniment to fine herbal cuisine!
