An aromatic firework that immediately captivates: Lime and Gooseberry meet exotic Papaya and mature Mango. Hidden underneath are refined notes of Tonka bean and Vanilla foam - a testament to skilful barrel ageing. The balance between tropical opulence and citrus-fresh elegance is masterful.

Palate

A fascinating dichotomy unfolds on the palate: a creamy texture is paired with refreshing minerality. The Tart and fruity saltiness immediately whets the appetite and is reminiscent of the spicy complexity of Asian cuisine. A wine of impressive length and precision.

This cuvée from Chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and Welschriesling stammt aus dem österreichischen Burgenland am Neusiedlersee. Der Name “TO” – ungarisch für See – ist eine poetische Hommage an das prägende Gewässer der Region. Mit 13,0% Alkohol und trockener Stilistik zeigt sich hier Velichs Handschrift in Perfektion.
