intense garnet to purple red
Nose
The 2021 Chateau Revelette Rouge is a dark spicy wine with notes of sloes, plums and blackberries, a lot of black olives, herbs and rocks. The wine still seems restrained and cool with spicy tobacco, wood and rapping.
Palate
On the palate, too, this is a spicy, tobacco wine with notes of sloes and black olives. At the same time the Revelette Juicy, but also tart with a firm tannin. The wine needs a lot of air to develop and become supple.
