Tasting note

Color:

Garnet red colour with brightening towards the rim and violet reflections.

Nose:

The 2020 red cuvée with sour cherries, plums, blackberries, rosemary and thyme is fragrant and has berry flavours on the nose. The whole is accompanied by a fine graphite note, leaves and earth. A charming red wine that is extremely inviting and animating.

Palate:

We find the juicy fruit again on the tongue. Its tannin and acidity structure are harmonious and beautifully polished due to its maturity, while at the same time it has an animating and fresh appearance. Slightly chilled, it turns out to be a real all-rounder with a wide variety of dishes! Top value for money.

• Beetroot from the salt dough with balsamic marinade (vegan)
• Pork fillet braised in savoy cabbage leaves with mashed potatoes
• Grilled kidneys with red wine sauce and roast potatoes
