Color
In shining white gold with silvery reflexes the wine shows itself clearly and brilliantly in the glass.
Nose
In this cuvée from the 2011, 2012 and 2014 vintages, a battalion of dried fruits comes to the fore. Apple rings, mango and apricot as well as fig and date are found here. Concentrated and literally bursting with variety, the array of flavors reveals itself like opening flower stems leaning towards the sun. Fresh passion fruit and guava, as well as quince jelly, beeswax and ripe wild strawberry complement the exoticism and white chocolate and coconut water make the, radiating warmth, gift basket complete.
Worthily matured; not a trace of aged.
Palate
Velvety oily and sheer lascivious, La Dulce Quietud of the Quinta de la Quietud glides down the throat. Density, fullness and concentration line the palate with silk wallpaper and dissolve immediately in pleasure. Unagitated yet with crystalline clarity, the flavours of fig, apricot and ripe physalis are carried by notes of black tea and enlivened by quiet, restrained acidity. A wine of the stately grandeur of a Spanish queen.
