Nose
The scent of the Chiesa Nera blanc is as unusual as it is profound. A lush floral scent combines with licorice, white fruits and a bit of citrus. The wine appears smoky and warm, with air herbal notes and crushed stone are added and one is curious how this complex announcement affects the taste.
Mouth
The palate reveals the Clos Venturi as a full and round wine, but at the same time it is permeated by a mineral, lively acidity. This is southern wine, very clear, but at the same time highly complex and fresh. Stone fruit combines with saffron, with liquorice and a little honey, again herbs and a slice of lemon, but above all salt and this idea of crushed stone, which was already present in the aroma - a multi-layered solitaire.
