The 2021 Chardonnay Auxerrois Brut from Andres & Mugler smells of pear, apple skin, roasted almonds, white flowers and blossom honey. Its brilliant, intense flavour is captivating on the nose and makes you want to taste it.
Palate
Its juicy and expressive character is confirmed on the palate with a full-bodied, fruity structure. Its perlage is perfectly integrated. The whole is supported by minerality and extremely savoury spiciness as well as a smoky-salty impression. A top sparkling wine that should be used as an excellent accompaniment to food. Top stuff from the house of Andres & Mugler, bravo!
