Nose
The vineyard with Kimmeridge limestone and many pebbles is located on an old pilgrimage path that leads directly to Vézelay and then to Santiago de Compostela. Very powerful mineral and salty Chablis are produced there. This is exactly what you have in the nose from the first moment, namely iodine, as if you were at the sea, plus green and yellow citrus notes, some stone and a hint of Sauvignon, i.e. of gooseberry and some burnt rubber .
Mouth
On the palate, besides a slightly creamy texture, there is an extremely fresh overall impression. The aroma is also here in the cool citrus area, wet stone, white pepper and a lot of salt. The wine is very vital, full of tension, presses its freshness with power on the palate, thus appears juicy and waters the mouth.
