The bouquet is simply seductive: sweetness Raspberries and Candied rhubarb meet the wilder notes of Douglas fir cherry and Rose hip. This is complemented by a fascinating spectrum of Wild herbs, which gives this rosé an extraordinary aromatic depth. This complexity clearly sets it apart from ordinary summer wines.

The 2022 shows its true personality on the palate: this is not a tame terrace wine, but a sophisticated rosé with character. Attis Bodegas y Viñedos vinifies an unusual cuvée from the autochthonous grape varieties Caiño Blanco, Espadeiro and Pedral from the Galician region of Rías Baixas. This combination is rare and gives the wine its distinctive personality. The price-performance ratio is excellent for a rosé of this quality level.
