At the ANDRES & MUGLER sparkling wine cellars, the entire production process is in the hands of the two founders Steffen Mugler and Michael Andres. From pruning the vines to assembling the cuvée for classic bottle fermentation to the hand-shaken sparkling wine bottle, they can react quickly to any challenge - at harvest time, it often takes hours to decide on the quality of the sparkling wine. The grapes come exclusively from the company's own vineyards, which are now cultivated not only organically but also biodynamically. The entire vineyard work is geared towards the production of high-quality sparkling wines. The base wines are gently matured without the use of fining agents. They are only bottled after 12 months. Disgorgement takes place shortly before delivery, as required, so that you always get a freshly disgorged sparkling wine.
