Tasting note
Color/Look:
Elegant, delicate mother-of-pearl with delicate apricot reflections; broad, lively mousseux.
Nose:
The Blanc de Noir from Andres & Mugler has a very precise nose with a cool minerality. Fine wild raspberry, small strawberry and peach notes emerge on contact with oxygen, accompanied by grapefruit and elderflower.
An extremely harmonious and seductive prelude full of finesse and refinement.
Palate:
On the palate, it convinces with fine flavour and elegant fruit, the carbonic acid has a delicate and invigorating effect. It almost floats over the palate, making it the perfect accompaniment to fine cuisine. A wonderful aperitif with an extremely elegant appearance. Andres & Mugler shines with a sparkling wine that has further improved in its finesse and precision in 2023!
