Beguilingly pure Peach fruit dominates the bouquet, underpinned by a striking mineral tension. This duality between juicy fruit and stony precision makes the fragrance irresistibly complex and inviting at the same time.

The true class of this Tempranillo rosé is revealed here: straightforward and unadorned, but by no means simple. The Mineral texture carries a creamy fullness, while lively acidity and elegant tannins provide structure. The finish is remarkably long and fresh - a rosé with a serious character that goes far beyond summery lightness.

Aus biodynamisch bewirtschafteten, 25 Jahre alten Tempranillo-Reben auf 800 Metern Höhe in der “Goldenen Meile” der Ribera del Duero. Direct pressing with minimal skin contact and pure steel tank vinification preserve the crystalline purity. Perfectly balanced at 13.5% vol.

Brilliant to Tuna tartare with avocadobut also to grilled salmon, Goat's cheese salads or Paella Valenciana. The mineral structure harmonises wonderfully with Seafood and white meat.
