Nose
Celestial wormwood clearly lives from herbal and ethereal nuances. Eucalyptus, mint, thyme and rosemary spread out. Fennel, aniseed and liquorice are added as if on cue. Bitter orange, grapefruit as well as cinnamon and clove complement this idea wonderfully. It has a medicinal character that smells of sage candy and brings caramel into play. Sultanas and dates slowly come into play. Licorice, dark chocolate and cocoa butter finish it off. Black pepper, juniper berries and cranberry set the final chord.
Palate
On the palate, it provides a lot of pleasure and good drinking flow. It spreads a pleasant melting which is provided with plenty of grip. Cocoa butter, dark chocolate and Amarena cherry make an appearance on the palate. It seems fruity, playful and light as a dancer. At the same time, it completely ensnares you. Mouth-filling, it lingers on for a long time. Silky and clear. Very well balanced and with a lot of length. Its elegance and length are striking. Speculoos and gingerbread can be detected in the finish for a long time.
