The 2016 Ganzhorn im Sonnenschein from Ökonomierat Rebholz is focused, straightforward and taut on the palate. No superficial fruit is clamoring for attention here, everything is very tidy. The citrus notes of the nose are mirrored on the palate and combined with the ripe acidity give it tremendous length.
