Facts about the drop
This Garnacha was carefully harvested from the four-hectare Finca Les Planetes Porrera plot. The harvest process began on 26 August and ended on 5 September. After the harvest, the grapes were macerated for four weeks and then fermented spontaneously in steel tanks with wild yeasts. The post-ripening of the wine extended over seven months, with 10% being matured in amphorae and the majority of the wine, 80%, being matured in stainless steel.

Colour shades
