The Wachenheimer Schlossberg ranks among the historic vineyard sites of the Mittelhaardt, that privileged section of the Palatinate distinguished by lime-rich soils and an exceptionally mild microclimate. The Odinstal winery cultivates parcels here in a region renowned for centuries for its ability to produce wines of impressive ripeness and simultaneous freshness.
