As the next step towards holistic biodiversity, Arianna Occhipinti has been cultivating an additional 7 hectares of olive groves several decades old since 2022, from which this distinctive olive oil is extracted. The olives of the Iblea variety are harvested by hand and then cold-pressed. The olive harvest in late autumn is a special event for Arianna, as it heralds the end of the grape harvest and the beginning of autumn in Sicily.

Nose

Extremely distinctive and racy, yet harmoniously rounded with a particularly dense freshness.

Palate

Buttery like artichoke hearts, the spicy notes of spicy roasted courgette and red peppercorns are harmoniously combined. The long-lasting fruit makes this oil an unobtrusive insider tip. All in all, a medium-bodied olive oil that can be used in a variety of ways thanks to its penetrating fruitiness.
